CCTV Britain.
I read somewhere that in Britain we have more CCTV cameras than the rest of the world put together, so why is Britain not completely crime free? We are told that these cameras cut down crime and yet no evidence is ever given to support this. As the cameras went up the police withdrew from the streets to a point where virtually no routine patrolling takes place. Real crime figures have gone up alarmingly and all the police, Home Office and politicians do is massage the figures to con us that crime has been reduced when in reality it has boomed.
The next plan is to get us to carry I.D. cards with an RFID chip incorporated so that the New World Order can track everyone as they walk around. This technology already exists. Many of you carry IPhones which have GPS tracking as standard.
You may think this is harmless, but what exactly are the powers that be looking for? Why do they want to track us like this? In the future when you're a hapless slave, stripped of all your rights, told how to think and dependant on the Big-Brother Corporatocracy, you will find out.

The most effective means - in fact it's really the only means - of preventing crime is that thing that stops you from murdering and thieving every day: your values.
Any society that abandons good values and leaves the job of crime prevention to technology is doomed. It's the equivalent of mounting a camera at the zoo and expecting the chimps to act differently.

I'm an attorney and it's funny to me how I can never get footage from these cameras whenever they'd show that a cop did something wrong or the defendant was innocent.
This footage needs to be accessible online...they are public places and if they are really for the safety of the public then we have a right to be able to watch as well. It'd still probably be a bad idea but it'd let us police ourselves better...because the police certainly fail in their duties at least where I am.

I agree entirely with your comments. Whenever the ruling elite tell us that something is being done for the benefit of the public you can bet it's really being done for the benefit of the ruling elite.
